All course materials, software, video lectures, and proprietary content provided by DuoTech Al Academy are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• Mentor avatars, logos, and related branding are trademarks of DuoTech Al Academy.
• Any feedback or contributions made by users become the property of DuoTech Al Academy.

3. Limitation of Liability

DuoTech Al Academy aims to provide accurate and up-to-date technical education but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall DuoTech Al Academy be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the use of our services.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
